The History of KTEL of Arcadia Prefecture
The history of the bus in Arcadia begins in the mid-1930s, these transport pioneers started with the Megalopolis - Tripoli line with 14-seater buses. Their task was difficult because the roads were bad. However, the line was essential, the only means of communication between the villages and their prefecture.
From the 1930s until the 1950s, 4 bus routes were developed, each serving a specific line through the region. Over time, the population of the regions increases, roads improve, and small 12- and 14-seater buses give way to larger, more modern 24-seater buses.
In 1952 KTEL Arkadia had a fleet of around 80 buses with the central station on Independence Square in Tripoli. In 2001 KTEL companies throughout the country were transformed into public limited companies. The objective is to create flexible companies, capable of responding to the challenges of the future and creating a competitive environment.
On October 19, 2003, KTEL Arkadia buses were moved to Nafpliou Street to new KTEL facilities, with state-of-the-art buses meeting the requirements of the new era. In total the service has a history of more than 90 years in the passenger transport sector in Arcadia.

Do you have details of buses from Napflio to Tripolis and Tripolis to Dimitsana on 14th Dec?-

Now to reach Dimitsana, there is no Ktel bus that serves this small village. You will have to take a taxi from Tripoli or see on the spot if there are local services, but in intercity there is nothing. -
