Ios (Island)

Íos, an island in the Cyclades of Greece, in the Aegean Sea, near Santorini. Tourism is an important livelihood for the island, which attracts many young people in the summer months. According to tradition, Homer died and was buried there.

It is an island with whitewashed houses, churches with blue domes, very beautiful beaches, lively near the port and wild on the rest of the island, with a deep azure blue sea.
